I need to seed torrents, although I have no idea how to use, or more to the point set up a seedbox.

You don't need to set anything up, we will set up uTorrent and make it running.

uTorrent has the same interface as the one you have installed on your PC. It is quite simple to use.

Where do I start?

We always recommend you start small. You should never start too big, as it may get harder and you won't know how to use it's full abilities.

We recommend you start with a shared seeder (any one of them) and then move your way up to a semi or full dedicated server.

This way, you will understand how everything works and you won't waste time figuring out the basics.But if you know what your doing, no one's stopping you!

Since this is a shared server, will the other people on my server know what I'm downloading?

No, only you can see and access your data. All our seedboxes come with secured logins for uTorrent, FTP and the HTTP

I need to upload a file I downloaded via torrent, but my file sharing site does not allow FTP. How can I upload it?

We have provided you with an HTTP index, where you can easily look at your links and download them directly from the sever. Instead of using an FTP, you can easily download the direct link and share them with your friend with a breeze.

How many users do you have per server?

We have five users per server. If we find any decline of speed or performance we decrease the amount and move costumers to new servers. We believe nine is the ideal amount of users per server.

How many servers do you currently have?

We currently hold over twenty shared servers and over thirty dedicated and semi-dedicated servers.

Where are your servers hosted?

Our shared seedbox range, dedicated servers and semi-dedicated servers hosted in Luxembourg, Europe. While some servers are hosted in France.

What are your delivery times?

When slots are available, which is 99% of the time, delivery times are five minutes to seven hours maximum. Dedicated servers are minimum of 12 hours to 48 hours.

Does your seedbox support my local languages?

Our seedboxes support all your languages. Some times, seedboxes will not communicate with torrent files which are not in English, therefore require a language pack to be installed. We will happily install that for you.
