The only people whom have access to your data is server administrators and yourself. If the seedbox is shared among more then one user, it is your responsibility to give your details to trusted people, as Extremeseed is not liable for any damages caused by third-person.

When we look at your details

Extremeseed will only have the right to your data if we are suspicious of any data which breaks our terms of service. If we find any data which violates our terms of service, we have a right to forward your data (including IP) to the authorities.
